Kısaca: FanZone hesap açmanızı istemez, analitik veya reklam aracı kullanmaz ve sizi tanımlayan hiçbir bilgiyi bize göndermez. Takip ettikleriniz ve hatırlatıcılarınız yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır. Tek istisna, kendiniz açarsanız çalışan canlı skor bildirimleridir: o zaman cihazınızın bildirim adresi (push token) ve takip ettiğiniz takımlar sunucumuza kaydedilir, kapatınca silinir. Program verisini indirirken barındırma sağlayıcımız, her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi, IP adresinizi görür.
Uygulama ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, konum, kişi listesi, reklam kimliği veya benzeri hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamaz. Hesap sistemi yoktur, bu yüzden sizi tanımlayan bir kimlik de yoktur. Analitik veya çökme raporlama aracı, reklam ağı ve üçüncü taraf izleyici kullanılmaz. Tek istisna aşağıda “Canlı skor bildirimleri” başlığında anlatılan, varsayılan olarak kapalı ve isteğe bağlı özelliktir.
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca telefonunuzun yerel deposunda tutulur ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez:
Uygulamayı silmeniz bu verilerin tamamını kaldırır. Ayarlar ekranından hatırlatıcıları istediğiniz zaman toplu olarak silebilirsiniz.
Hatırlatıcılar tamamen cihaz içinde çalışır. Bildirimler telefonunuzun kendi zamanlayıcısı tarafından gönderilir; hatırlatıcılar için push jetonu (push token) oluşturulmaz ve hiçbir veri dışarı aktarılmaz. Bildirim izni vermezseniz uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışmaya devam eder.
Takip ettiğiniz takımların golleri ve maç sonuçları için anlık bildirim almak isterseniz bunu Ayarlar’dan açabilirsiniz. Varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve açmadan önce onayınız sorulur. Açtığınızda sunucumuza (Supabase) yalnızca şunlar kaydedilir:
Hesap açılmaz; adınız, e-postanız veya reklam kimliğiniz istenmez. Bildirimler Expo’nun push servisi (Expo, 650 Industries Inc.) ve onun üzerinden Apple Push Notification Service veya Firebase Cloud Messaging aracılığıyla iletilir; bu servisler bildirim adresini ve bildirim içeriğini yalnızca iletim için işler. Bu veriler yalnızca bildirim göndermek için kullanılır, satılmaz ve reklam için kullanılmaz. Özelliği kapattığınızda bu kayıtlar sunucumuzdan silinir; uygulamayı silerseniz bildirim adresi geçersiz olur ve bir sonraki bildirim denemesinde kaydınız otomatik olarak silinir. Bu işleme açık rızanıza dayanır ve rızanızı özelliği kapatarak istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Maç hatırlatıcıları bundan etkilenmez ve cihazınızda kalır.
Uygulama; maç programını, yayın bilgisini, puan durumlarını, kadroları ve uygulamanın güncel olup olmadığını öğrenmek için veritabanımıza salt okunur istekler gönderir. Bu istekler yalnızca herkese açık etkinlik verisini indirir; takip listeniz, hatırlatıcılarınız veya size ait başka bir bilgi gönderilmez. Bağlantı yoksa uygulama, en son indirdiği programı “çevrimdışı” işaretiyle gösterir.
Bu hizmeti iki altyapı sağlayıcısıyla sunuyoruz:
Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi, bu sağlayıcılar isteğe yanıt verebilmek için IP adresinizi ve standart teknik bilgileri (istek zamanı, istenen adres, uygulama veya tarayıcı türü) görür ve güvenlik ile hizmetin işletilmesi amacıyla bunları kendi politikalarına göre sınırlı bir süre kayıt altında tutabilir. Bu kayıtları sizi tanımlamak, profil oluşturmak veya reklam amacıyla kullanmayız. Sağlayıcıların sunucuları Türkiye dışında bulunabilir. Bu işleme, KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında hizmetin sunulabilmesi için gerekli olması ve meşru menfaat hukuki sebebine dayanır.
FanZone, bazı federasyonların YouTube'da yayınladığı canlı yayınları maç programına eklemek için YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır. Bu işlem kendi sunucumuzda, yalnızca herkese açık video bilgileri (başlık, yayın saati, bağlantı) üzerinden yapılır; uygulama YouTube hesabınıza erişmez ve sizden YouTube ile ilgili hiçbir veri almaz. Bir maçın “İzle” bağlantısına dokunduğunuzda YouTube açılır ve oradan sonrası YouTube'un kendi koşullarına tabidir.
FanZone'u kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Google'ın verileri nasıl işlediği için Google Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
Uygulamada gösterilen takım kadrolarında yalnızca kamuya açık kaynaklardan derlenen sporcu adı, forma numarası ve mevki bilgisi yer alır. Bu bilgiler yalnızca kadro gösterimi amacıyla işlenir; başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz. Dayanak, KVKK madde 5/2-d (ilgili kişinin kendisi tarafından alenileştirilmiş olması) ve 5/2-f (veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati) hükümleridir. Bu bilgilerle ilgili düzeltme veya kaldırma talebiniz varsa, KVKK madde 11 kapsamında destek sayfamızdaki iletişim kanalından (aozyilmaz35@gmail.com) bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınızı (bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz) aşağıdaki adrese yazarak kullanabilirsiniz. Hesap sistemi olmadığı için elimizde sizi tanımlayan bir kayıt bulunmaz; cihazınızdaki verileri uygulamayı silerek kendiniz kaldırabilirsiniz. Canlı skor bildirimlerini açtıysanız, sunucudaki kaydınızı özelliği kapatarak anında silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama, isteğe bağlı canlı skor bildirimleri dışında veri toplamaz; o özellik de yalnızca yukarıda sayılan, kimliğe bağlı olmayan bilgileri saklar.
Hiçbir veriyi satmayız veya reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız. Yukarıda anlatılan barındırma sağlayıcılarının bağlantı sırasında gördüğü teknik bilgiler ve canlı skor bildirimlerini açtıysanız bildirimleri ileten servisler bunun dışındadır.

In short: FanZone does not ask you to create an account, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and sends nothing that identifies you to us. What you follow and your reminders are stored only on your phone. The one exception is live score alerts, which work only if you turn them on: then your device's push token and the teams you follow are stored on our server, and deleted when you turn them off. When the app downloads the schedule, our hosting provider sees your IP address, as with any internet connection.
The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, advertising identifier or any similar personal data. There is no account system, so there is no identity that points to you. No analytics or crash-reporting tools, advertising networks or third-party trackers are used. The only exception is the optional, off-by-default feature described under “Live score alerts” below.
The following is kept only in your phone's local storage and is never sent anywhere:
Deleting the app removes all of this. You can clear all reminders at any time from the Settings screen.
Reminders work entirely on the device. Notifications are delivered by your phone's own scheduler; no push token is created for reminders and no data leaves the device for them. If you do not grant notification permission, the rest of the app works as normal.
If you want instant alerts for goals and results of the teams you follow, you can turn this on in Settings. It is off by default and asks for your consent first. When it is on, only the following is stored on our server (Supabase):
No account is created; your name, email or advertising ID are never requested. Alerts are delivered by Expo's push service (Expo, 650 Industries Inc.) and through it by Apple Push Notification Service or Firebase Cloud Messaging, which process the push token and the alert content only to deliver it. This data is used only to send alerts, is never sold and is never used for advertising. Turning the feature off deletes these records from our server; if you delete the app, the push token stops working and your record is deleted automatically on the next delivery attempt. This processing rests on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by turning the feature off. Match reminders are not affected and stay on your device.
The app sends read-only requests to our database to fetch the match schedule, broadcast information, league tables, squads, and whether the installed version is still supported. These requests only download public event data; your follow list, your reminders and nothing else about you are sent. Without a connection, the app shows the last schedule it downloaded, marked as offline.
We run the service on two infrastructure providers:
As with any internet connection, these providers see your IP address and standard technical details (time of the request, the address requested, the app or browser type) in order to answer the request, and may keep them in logs for a limited time under their own policies, for security and to operate the service. We do not use these logs to identify you, build a profile or advertise. The providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. Under KVKK and the GDPR, this processing is necessary to provide the service and rests on legitimate interest.
FanZone uses YouTube API Services to add live streams that some federations publish on YouTube to the match schedule. This runs on our own server and uses only public video information (title, broadcast time, link); the app does not access your YouTube account and receives no YouTube-related data from you. Tapping a match's “Watch” link opens YouTube, which from then on is governed by YouTube's own terms.
By using FanZone you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
The team squads shown in the app contain only the player name, shirt number and position, compiled from publicly available sources. This information is processed only to display squads and is not used for any other purpose. The basis is KVKK Article 5/2-d (the data was made public by the person concerned) and 5/2-f (the controller's legitimate interest). If you want this information corrected or removed, contact us under KVKK Article 11 through the channel on our support page (aozyilmaz35@gmail.com).
You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK and under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection) by writing to the address below. Because there is no account system, we hold no record that identifies you; you can remove the data on your device yourself by deleting the app. If you turned on live score alerts, turning them off deletes your record on the server immediately.
Apart from the optional live score alerts, the app collects no data; that feature stores only the non-identifying details listed above.
We sell no data and share none for advertising. The only exceptions are the technical details the hosting providers described above see during a connection and, if you turned on live score alerts, the services that deliver them.
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is changed.
